We offer a 30-day return period, starting from the day you receive your order.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@sanliore.com before sending your package. We will provide you with the return instructions and the address to send your item back to.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as when received (unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags).
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt/order number) is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Sale items marked as "final sale"
