Return and Refund Policy

At Sanliore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Standard Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period from the day you receive your order. Return instructions and a prepaid return label are included in your parcel. If you need assistance, contact us at info@sanliore.com.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags.
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order number) is required.

Return shipping is free for all eligible returns.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Contact us at info@sanliore.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution in line with your consumer rights.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked as "final sale"

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Your Legal Rights by Region

United Kingdom (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and are entitled to remedies for faulty goods.

European Union (EU Directive 2011/83)
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. Our 30-day policy extends beyond this minimum. You are entitled to remedies for non-conforming goods under EU consumer law.

United States
Our 30-day return policy applies. Additional rights may apply depending on your state.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
