Shipping Policy

Sanliore is committed to the full satisfaction of our customers. Please note that weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, and unexpected events may affect delivery times.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States. Orders placed with a delivery address outside these regions will be cancelled and fully refunded.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

Monday to Friday – 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Handling Time & Transit Time

Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

United Kingdom — Transit: 5–7 business days · Royal Mail, Evri, DPD

European Union — Transit: 6–10 business days · DPD, DHL, or equivalent

United States — Transit: 7–12 business days · USPS, UPS, FedEx

Delivery Summary

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

UK Total: 6–10 business days

EU Total: 7–13 business days

US Total: 8–15 business days

These estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier capacity, customs, or weather.

4. Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders to the UK, EU, and US. No minimum order amount required.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Sanliore ships on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All duties and taxes are covered by us — the price at checkout is the final price you pay, with no surprise charges upon delivery.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you. Reshipment costs are at your expense.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, labour strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Lost or Missing Shipments

Contact us at info@sanliore.com with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution where appropriate.
